Vardenafil comes as a pill to take by mouth. It is usually taken as needed, with or without food, 60 minutes before sexual activity. There are reported cases, though rare, of hearing loss when using phosphodiesterae inhibitors like vardenafil. This can be ringing in the ears and dizziness.
